A newly licensed, regulated Forex brokerage needed its trading platform, CRM, client portal, payments and servers live on a fixed launch date, without juggling five vendors.
Newly licensed retail Forex brokerage
Phased launch over one quarter. MetaTrader 5, custom CRM, cloud and dedicated servers.
The brokerage had its licence approved and a launch date agreed with its regulator and liquidity partners. What it did not have was a joined-up technology plan. Each piece of the stack was being quoted by a different vendor, and nobody owned how they would work together.

The trading server, CRM, client portal and payment providers were separate products with no plan for passing data between them.
Account opening relied on emailed documents and manual MT5 account creation, which would not scale beyond the first few hundred clients.
KYC records, audit trails and client fund segregation had to satisfy the regulator from the first day of trading.
With several vendors involved, every delay turned into a debate about responsibility instead of a fix.
We took ownership of the full stack and planned it as a single product, prioritising what the brokerage needed for launch day and scheduling the rest into clear phases.
Mapped the client journey from registration to first trade, then designed how MT5, the CRM, the portal and payment providers would exchange data.
Built a CRM that creates MT5 accounts automatically, manages KYC, deposits, withdrawals and introducing-broker commissions, and keeps a complete audit trail.
Delivered a self-service portal for registration, document upload, funding and statements, plus an IB area with referral tracking.
Integrated card, bank transfer and crypto payment providers and connected the liquidity bridge so funds and orders route correctly.
Deployed and secured trading servers close to liquidity venues, with monitoring, backups and DDoS protection in place before go-live.
The brokerage opened to clients on its planned date with every system connected and a clear roadmap for the next phase.
All launch-critical systems went live together on the date agreed with the regulator and liquidity partners.
Clients register, pass KYC and receive their MT5 account through one guided online journey instead of email back-and-forth.
Every KYC decision, deposit and account change is logged and reportable for compliance reviews.
The CRM, portal and servers were sized and structured to add clients, IBs and new platforms such as cTrader later.

Beyond launching on time, the brokerage gained a technology foundation it can grow on, managed by one accountable partner.
